RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy delineates the procedures, conditions, and restrictions that regulate returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from Quick Setup ("we," "us," or "our"). Printers, multifunction devices, printer accessories, parts, consumables, and related hardware (collectively, the "Products") are all subject to this policy, which applies to all purchases made through our website.

By submitting an order through our website, you confirm that you have reviewed, comprehended, and concur with this policy. This policy should be reviewed in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We endeavor to guarantee customer satisfaction with each purchase. However, the nature of electronic equipment and consumable products requires that returns be subject to specific conditions intended to safeguard product integrity, prevent misuse, and ensure that all customers are treated fairly.

Returns are only accepted for products that were purchased directly from our website and delivered to the original purchaser. This policy does not permit the return of products that were acquired through unauthorized channels, resellers, or third-party sellers.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt and must be authorized in advance. The acceptance or sanction of a refund is not guaranteed by authorization.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

Within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery, customers may request a return, unless a different return period is specified at the time of purchase or mandated by applicable law.

The return period commences on the date the carrier marks the cargo as delivered. We reserve the right to decline requests that are submitted after the return period has expired.

The return period begins on the delivery date of each item for products delivered in multiple shipments.

RETURN TERMS

The Product must satisfy all of the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received and unused.
  • The item must be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging.
  • All original accessories, cables, manuals, software media, warranty certificates, and documentation must be included.
  • Protective films, identifiers, seals, and packaging materials must remain undamaged.
  • The product must not exhibit any indications of installation, activation, registration, or use.
  • The product must be free of physical injury, wear, or modification.
  • A genuine proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Printers and electronic devices that have been powered on, installed, configured, or connected to a system may be considered used and may not be eligible for return.

The return may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund if the product does not meet these conditions, which depend on the product's condition.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE

Hygiene, safety, licensing, or product integrity concerns render certain products ineligible for return. These may encompass:

  • Consumable products, including ink cartridges, toner cartridges, printheads, and maintenance packages, that have been unsealed or opened
  • Products that have been implemented, configured, or utilized
  • Items that are devoid of their original packaging or essential components
  • Upon delivery, software, licenses, or digital products
  • Products that have been damaged as a result of unauthorized repair, neglect, or misuse
  • Special-order items or objects that are custom-configured
  • Items that are designated as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to ascertain eligibility through inspection.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Customer must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions before returning any Product. Returns that are sent to an incorrect address or without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Customers may be required to submit the following information when requesting authorization:

  • Proof of receipt or order number
  • The rationale for the return is as follows:
  • Photographs of the product and packaging (if they are damaged or defective)
  • Confirmation that the return conditions have been satisfied

The authorization is effective for a specific product approved for return and is valid for a limited time.

RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

Customers are accountable for all return shipping expenses, exclusive of those stemming from a verified defect, cargo error, or transit damage.

  • Fees for shipping
  • Insurance
  • Components of packaging
  • Services for tracking

Customers must use a secure shipping method that provides delivery confirmation. Items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the return transit are not the responsibility of Quick Setup.

Products must be meticulously packaged to prevent damage during transportation. The return may be rejected due to insufficient packaging.

INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Customers must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery if a product is damaged, defective, or differs from the item they ordered. The availability of remedies may be restricted if such issues are not reported within this timeframe.

Customers may be requested to submit photographic evidence of:

  • The state of the product
  • Condition of the packaging
  • Label for shipment
  • Defects or damage that are readily apparent

At our discretion, we may provide one of the following remedies following verification:

  • Substitution with an identical or comparable item
  • Repair services that the manufacturer authorizes
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit

INSPECTION OF RETURNED ITEMS

The condition and compliance with return requirements of all returned products are verified through inspection. Verification of operational status, packaging, accessories, and serial numbers may comprise an inspection.

The return may be rejected, or a reduced refund may be issued to account for diminished value if a returned item fails inspection. Rejected returns may be returned to the client at the customer's expense.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

Refunds are only issued upon the receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned item. Compliance with all return conditions is required for approval. The mere fact that a product has been returned to us does not guarantee a refund.

METHOD OF REFUND

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless required by law. We do not provide financial refunds for electronic transactions.

If the original payment method is unavailable or closed, we reserve the right to issue a refund via an alternative method or store credit.

TIME FOR REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval. Nevertheless, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account is contingent upon your financial institution and payment provider.

Delays induced by banks, credit card networks, or payment processors are not our responsibility.

NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES AND SHIPPING COSTS

In general, expedited delivery charges, insurance fees, handling charges, and original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error or mandated by law.

If the customer provides incorrect address information, the cost of return shipping and any additional handling fees may be deducted from the refund if a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be granted when:

  • Items are returned in a state that differs from their original state.
  • Accessories or packaging are absent.
  • There is evidence of installation or use.
  • After the delivery, damage occurred.

The return conditions are not entirely satisfied; however, we reserve the right to issue a refund. The product's diminished value will be reflected in the amount of any partial refund.

EXCHANGES

Products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged during transit, or materially different from the item ordered may be eligible for exchanges, provided that the request is submitted within the applicable return eligibility period and all return conditions are met.

To request an exchange, customers must contact us to obtain a return authorization and provide pertinent information, such as the order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the product and packaging. Unless we determine otherwise at our discretion, the original Product must be returned before a replacement is shipped.

Exchanges are contingent on product availability. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will coordinate the shipment of an identical replacement if the same model or item is in stock. If the identical item is unavailable, discontinued, or out of stock, we may provide one of the following alternatives at our discretion:

  • A comparable product with specifications and value that are equivalent or similar
  • Store credit that may be applied to a future purchase
  • A refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

WARRANTY CLAIMS OF THE MANUFACTURER

Products may be covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty, if provided, in situations where the issue arises from normal use rather than a delivery-related defect, or after the expiration of the return eligibility period.

Under normal operating conditions, manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period. The manufacturer is the sole authority for determining warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and service procedures, which may vary by product, model, and region.

The manufacturer may determine that warranty service should encompass repair, replacement, refurbished devices, or other remedies. It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to the manufacturer's instructions, including shipping requirements and service center procedures.

Quick Setup is not responsible for the administration of manufacturer warranties and is not liable for:

  • The manufacturer's warranty terms, coverage, or limitations
  • Warranty claims are either approved or denied.
  • Service quality or repair timelines
  • Replacement devices or components are accessible.
  • The manufacturer necessitates shipping arrangements.

Our responsibility is restricted to furnishing evidence of purchase when required. The manufacturer's warranty terms exclusively govern obligations regarding product performance after the return period.

FRAUD PREVENTION AND ABUSE

Quick Setup implements safeguards to prevent and detect fraudulent activity and abuse of return and refund privileges, protecting customers and the integrity of our business operations.

If this policy is misused or suspicious activity is suspected, we reserve the right to deny returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Return requests that are excessive or repeated are not consistent with typical consumer behavior.
  • Attempts to return products that have been used, altered, or damaged after they have been delivered
  • Returns that involve mismatched serial numbers, substituted products, or missing components
  • Claims that are not corroborated by available documentation or investigation
  • Evidence of volume purchasing or unauthorized resale activity that is intended for commercial redistribution
  • Chargeback abuse or disputes that are initiated without an attempt to resolve the issue directly

In such instances, it may be necessary to conduct further verification before processing any request. Identity confirmation, inspection reports, proof-of-delivery reviews, or supporting documentation may serve as verification measures.

If fraudulent activity is suspected, we retain the right to:

  • Reject the request for a refund or return
  • Cancel any orders that are currently pending.
  • Limit or suspend future purchasing privileges
  • Where applicable, notify payment processors or pertinent authorities of the activity.

The purpose of these measures is to guarantee that all consumers are treated fairly and to prevent the misuse of services.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY

Quick Setup retains the right to amend, revise, or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time to accommodate changes in business practices, operational requirements, legal obligations, or regulatory developments.

Once the updated policy is posted on our website, any modifications will take effect, as indicated by the revised effective date at the top of the page. We recommend that customers periodically review this policy to ensure they are aware of the latest terms.

Purchases made after the revised policy's effective date will be subject to modifications, unless otherwise mandated by law. The updated policy is considered accepted by continuing to use the Services after the changes have been posted.

If a material change affects orders already placed, we will comply with applicable consumer protection laws when determining the application of the updated terms.

CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

The laws of the State of the United States shall govern and interpret this Return and Refund Policy, as well as any disputes that may arise from or relate to it, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Unless otherwise mandated by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this policy or the purchase of Products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the United States. Your use of the Services grants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
